| Ingredients | 1/3 head of Cabbage 1 carrot 3 green onions 3 radish (optional) Dressing ------------- 3-4 Tbs home made mayo 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp celery seed 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Alternative No Mayo Dressing ----------------------------- 3 Tbs Olive Oil 2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar 1-2 Tbs Maple Syrup 1 clove garlic (finely diced or pressed) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper |
| Directions | Mix dressing up separately. Chops up all the veggies to be small. Carrot can be grated or put through a spiralizer. Put in a bowl and mix with the dressing. |
| Notes | Great with pulled pork! Best with home made mayo! Best eaten same day, as the cabbage will wilt. If you are pre-making it, store the dressing and veggies separate, then mix right before serving. |
